I wanted to write to thank you for the lovely drivers we had for the week at Brenscombe. You were all delightful and helpful and made the children's experience so memorable. From asking if you should stop when a child was ill, offering a new design in sick bags, waiting patiently while children sat in their seats, helping us track down bags that needed to be got off early, offering advice about areas we visited and being friendly and warm.
